We would like to make your shopping experience with Hudson Wine Market enjoyable and hassle-free.

If an error was made on our part, or an item arrives damaged or defective, we will do everything possible to remedy the situation. If you need to cancel or return an order for other reasons, please contact customerservice@hudsonwinemarket.com within 7 days of receipt of your package to make arrangements.

Returns and exchanges are valid only for unopened merchandise in the original package. However, Champagne, special order, and special pre-sale purchases are final.

Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs for the original order as well as return shipping, except in cases where a mistake was made on our part.
